Apr. 8th, 2022: Dates: Sunday, June 19th (arrival date) to Thursday, June 23rd (departure date) Place: Alexandria, VA. The reunion will be held at the Residence Inn by Marriott Alexandria Old Town South at Carlyle. A special room rate of $145 per night (plus tax) has been negotiated. The last day to book and receive the discounted rate is Thursday, May 19. The link to book online is: Residence Inn by Marriott Alexandria Old Town South at Carlyle Three notes about booking your room: 1. It's fine to go ahead and reserve your room as soon as you want. The cost for your room is paid directly to the hotel. The cost to register for the reunion, once it's set, is paid directly to the Salt Lake City CA-25 Association along with your reunion registration. The reunion registration will be available sometime in the next few weeks, once all the trips and activities have been finalized. 2. The hotel's online booking website shows the reunion beginning June 14. That is not correct. (It's a mistake the hotel made when putting the information on the website. They've advised us they're not able to change the website information at this point.) If you are reserving your room online simply enter your own desired check-in and check-out dates as usual. 3. If you would like to arrive before the reunion begins, or stay on after it's over, contact Falen Ghirmai at the hotel and she will assist you. Among the activities being planned during the reunion is a day trip to Annapolis, home of the United States Naval Academy, for a special day for our Salt Lake City veterans.
